2. Principles
We process personal data only as far as necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries. This website sets no tracking or marketing cookies, embeds no social media plugins and loads fonts from our own server, not from Google.
3. Hosting and server log files
When you visit the website, our hosting provider processes technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, referrer, browser and operating system) in server log files. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR; our legitimate interest is the secure and stable operation of the site. Log files are deleted after [number] days. Hosting provider: [name, address] please add; a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR is in place.
4. Contact form and e-mail
When you submit the contact form, your details (name, company, e-mail, optional phone number, topic, your message) are sent encrypted to our web server and forwarded from there by e-mail to our team. The web server does not store your details; to prevent misuse, your IP address is kept for no more than ten minutes. You can also write to us directly at contact.us@neurocontrols.com. We use your details only to handle your enquiry and do not pass them on to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual enquiries, otherwise Art. 6 (1) (a) and (f) GDPR. The data is deleted once the enquiry is concluded, unless statutory retention periods apply.
5. Blog
The blog is part of this website. Its articles are static pages delivered from the same server as the rest of the site. No content management system, no comment function and no external services are involved, and no additional personal data is processed. Search and the topic filter on the blog page run in your browser; nothing you type is sent to us.
6. Local storage
Your language choice (German or English) is stored in your browser's local storage so that you land in your language on your next visit. This is strictly necessary for the service you requested (§ 25 (2) no. 2 TDDDG). You can delete it at any time in your browser settings.
7. External links
Links to project pages, partners, GitHub or LinkedIn open the respective provider's website. Its privacy terms apply from then on.
8. Your rights
